Create 3D-Printable Model of My House (STL for FDM Printer)

I’m looking for an experienced 3D designer to turn my real house into a 3D-printable model. I will provide: • Photos of the house from all sides • Simple sketches with dimensions (height, width, roof shape, windows, doors, balcony, etc.) • Extra notes for details I want to keep (railings, stairs, balconies, etc.) What I need from you: • Clean, accurate 3D model of the exterior of the house • Optimized for FDM printing (no crazy overhangs that are impossible to print) • STL file as final deliverable (optional: STEP/BLEND/SKP if you have them) • Model must be watertight / manifold and ready to slice without errors • Proper wall thickness for printing (not paper-thin surfaces) • Scaled correctly. I want final print around [X cm long] x [Y cm wide] x [Z cm tall] • Designed with my printer in mind: • Printer: Anycubic Kobra 3 Max (420×420×500 mm build volume) • Material: PLA • Prefer model split into logical parts if needed (for example: base, main house, roof, balcony, etc.) so it’s easier to print and glue. Nice to have (not required but a bonus): • Simple interior walls or removable roof • Suggestions where to split the model for the best print quality • Basic “low-support” design adjustments Your experience: • Please send examples of 3D models you made for 3D printing, especially houses/architecture. • Tell me which software you use (Blender, Fusion 360, SketchUp, etc.) • Let me know your price and an estimate of how many days you need after I send all references. How we’ll work: 1. I send you photos + sketches + measurements. 2. You make a rough blockout for approval (overall shapes and scale). 3. After confirmation, you add details and prepare the final printable STL. 4. One or two rounds of small corrections if needed. I’m not looking for AI-generated models. I need a human 3D artist who understands 3D printing and can follow real measurements. If you read this, please start your message with the word “HOUSE3D” so I know you actually checked the details.
