Project: Auto Dialer with IVR + 3CX Integration I need a simple automated dialing system with the following features: Core Requirements: • Use a SIP trunk with a static caller ID (I will provide SIP details) • Upload and dial multiple phone numbers (CSV or manual input) • Automatically call numbers (sequential or limited parallel dialing) IVR Function: • When a call is answered, play a recorded message • The recipient can press 1 to be transferred to a live agent • Detect DTMF input reliably 3CX Integration: • System must connect to 3CX • When user presses 1, transfer the call to: • A queue, ring group, or extension in 3CX • Agents will answer calls via 3CX Admin Panel (Very Simple UI): • Upload/manage phone numbers • Start / pause / stop campaigns • Upload IVR audio • Basic live call status (ringing, answered, transferred) • Call logs/reporting Suggested Tech (open to alternatives): • Asterisk or similar for call handling • Web-based dashboard (simple and easy to use) Other Notes: • Must support call transfer (SIP REFER or similar) • Limit concurrent calls to avoid overload • Clean, stable, and easy to operate system
