I need an end-to-end application that runs on iOS, Android, and the web and pairs seamlessly with our Bluetooth-enabled medical devices. The app must pull every piece of data the hardware streams—heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen level, temperature, respiration rate, ECG traces, and stethoscope audio—store it securely, and turn it into a clear, shareable report for both patient and clinician. Real-time communication is just as important. I want patients to launch an HD video or audio session with their doctor from inside the app, include in-call chat, share their screen for document review, and have the entire consultation automatically recorded (with consent) for later playback. The stethoscope feed should be handled like a live audio channel: allow the doctor to listen while simultaneously saving the recording to the patient file. Once the patient tries to connect to doctor, he must be notified. In the patient’s dashboard, we must include a guide which helps the patient to monitor vitals. The prescription must be auto generated based on the questions answered by the doctor and automatically sent to the patient on the approval of doctor. A database is required to store the data provided by patients and Doctors.
