Cross-Platform Text-to-Speech App (Indian voice)

I am building a text-to-speech application that works seamlessly on iOS, Android, and any modern web browser. The core of the project is a single code-base (or tightly aligned native builds) that can read user-supplied text aloud while giving end users meaningful control over how that voice sounds. Core functions to implement • Voice customisation: different accent options, male and female voices, plus real-time pitch and speed sliders. • Language selection: users should be able to switch between multiple languages from a clean, searchable menu. • Save audio: once the text is rendered to speech, users can download the resulting audio file locally or share it. Acceptance criteria 1. A fully compiled app is available in TestFlight, an Android APK (or Play Internal Testing track), and a responsive web build behind a test URL. 2. Recorded speech must reflect selected accent, gender, pitch and speed with no noticeable artefacts. 3. The web and mobile versions share identical feature sets and consistent UI/UX. 4. Saved audio files download in a common format (MP3 or WAV) and play on default OS players. Source code should be version-controlled (GitHub or GitLab) with clear build instructions so I can replicate the releases myself. If you prefer Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin plus a separate React/Vue/Angular front-end—or another well-supported tech stack—please note it in your approach; I’m open as long as performance and maintainability stay high. That’s the full scope; once the above milestones are met and tested, the project is complete.
