Scope of work Your brief is to design, develop, test and deploy a modular system that covers every major department: • Project & Site Management • Procurement & Material Management • Inventory & Warehouse Management • Equipment, Tools & Machinery (Plant) • HR & Payroll for both labour and staff • Finance, Accounts & Cost Control • CRM & Sales Each module needs the flexibility for medium-level customisation. We know our workflows will evolve, so clean code, clear documentation and configurable settings are essential. Baseline expectations – Role-based access that lets us separate head-office, site and subcontractor permissions – Straightforward dashboards with drill-down reports (cost vs. budget, inventory ageing, equipment utilisation, etc.) – Seamless hand-offs between modules so, for example, a site engineer’s material request instantly shows up for procurement and stock checks – API or other integration method so we can eventually plug in external accounting or BIM tools – Training sessions for our core team plus post-launch support Deliverables 1. Functional prototype for review 2. Iterative builds with our feedback folded in 3. Production deployment on our chosen environment 4.
