We do not want an L-shaped or U-shaped design — more of a straight, well-zoned layout that feels spacious but not excessive. We are looking for a minimum internal size of approximately 450sqm+, with smart use of space rather than unnecessary bulk. We also want the home to look impressive from the front — not a standard or boxy façade. The style we’re aiming for is classic, smart, and timeless with subtle uniqueness, with architectural detail that adds interest without dating.
