My small-enterprise team needs a lightweight yet flexible CRM centred on customer management. The system must let us create, view, tag, and segment customer profiles in one place, then sync those records automatically with our existing e-commerce storefronts. Native integration with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is essential so order data and account updates flow in without manual imports. I want the interface to be web-based, mobile-friendly, and simple enough for non-technical staff, while still letting me add custom fields, automate status updates, and set role-based permissions.
