I need a stand-alone website theme coded from the ground up. This is not a WordPress or e-commerce build—the deliverable is a clean, responsive Website theme that I can drop into my existing project without extra dependencies. Here’s what I expect: • Pixel-perfect replication of the layouts I will supply (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, vanilla JavaScript preferred). • Fully responsive behaviour across modern browsers and common mobile breakpoints. • Lightweight, well-commented code so future edits are straightforward. • A short hand-off note describing file structure, any build steps, and how to extend colour, font, or component variables. Once we agree on milestones, I’ll share the design assets and style guide.
