I keep a running Google Sheet that tracks our public reputation and I need it to stay current without manual copy-pasting. The sheet already has a basic layout; what’s missing is a reliable way to pull in BOTH the star ratings and the full written comments that appear on our online review sites every day. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • A scheduled process (Apps Script, Python + Sheets API, or a no-code connector—whatever you think works best) fetches the newest reviews directly from the review platform. • The script recognises duplicates, inserts only fresh entries, and records the timestamp of the sync. • Star score and review text drop into the correct columns in my existing Google Sheet, preserving my current formatting. • If a review is edited or deleted on the source site, the change propagates to the sheet on the next daily run. Deliverables 1. Working automation set to run once per day. 2. One-time backfill so the sheet starts complete. 3. Brief setup notes so I can adjust credentials, schedule, or add another review site later. I’ll provide access to the sheet and the review-site URL as soon as we start. Let me know which technology you prefer and any limits we should be aware of on the review site’s API or scraping, then we can get moving right away.
