Sulav Host is expanding and I now need a fully managed, enterprise-grade dedicated hosting environment that I can rely on for our next wave of clients. The platform must stay true to our promise of rock-solid uptime, top-tier security and, above all, responsive technical support at any hour. Here is the scope that matters most to me: • Server provisioning and hardening – exact hardware specs, RAID configuration, DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, OS choice (Linux preferred) and initial security baseline. • Performance optimisation – kernel tuning, caching layers, web-server stack (Nginx/Apache, LiteSpeed or equivalent), plus monitoring that alerts before customers ever notice an issue. • Continuous support – 24 × 7 ticket and phone coverage with clear SLAs, escalation paths and proactive resolution. • Ongoing maintenance – patch management, backup scheduling, disaster-recovery planning and periodic capacity reviews. Acceptance criteria 1. The dedicated server goes live with cPanel/WHM (or a comparable control panel) fully licensed and configured. 2. Benchmarks demonstrate the performance target agreed in your proposal. 3. Security audit passes with zero critical findings. 4. Support channels are available and test tickets are answered inside the SLA.
