I need my current welded stillage re-engineered into a fully bolt-together version without losing any performance. The existing unit carries 5 000 kg, stacks securely for transport, and is built from 75 × 75 × 4 SHS and 100 × 100 × 4 SHS. All overall dimensions must stay exactly the same. Key points to hit: • 5 t load capacity verified through calculation or FEA • Only bolted joints—absolutely no welding • Members cut on a tube-laser, so hole patterns and mitres must suit that process • Safe stacking identical to the original • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use Deliverables: 3D CAD model, part drawings with laser-cut details, bolt and grade specification, and a concise assembly guide. I will supply the old drawings once we start; you return a package that a fabricator can send straight to the laser cutter and assemble with spanners. If you’re fluent in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar and have real-world experience designing heavy steel frames, propose your fixed price and schedule. A drawing of the old welded style stillage is attached. These dimensions should be the same on the new bolt-together design (where possible).
