I have a hand-drawn bathroom plan, complete with measurements, that now needs to come alive in SketchUp. The model must show every surface and fitting exactly as it will be built, so I’m looking for high detail with real-world textures and finishes. Key requirements • Layout, walls and ceiling follow my drawing exactly. • Surfaces: marble on the floor and around the bathtub, chalk-white paint on walls and ceiling—please apply realistic materials so the veining and sheen read correctly in standard and V-Ray views. • Fixtures to include only the shower and the bathtub; no vanity, toilet or bidet are needed. Shape, size and placement will come from my sketch. • Lighting and basic scene setup so that exported stills clearly show material tones. Deliverables 1. Editable .skp file (current SketchUp version) with all geometry grouped and tagged logically. 2. Two high-resolution JPEG or PNG renders—one top-down, one at eye level—to confirm textures. 3. A brief note on any plug-ins used so I can replicate the look on my end. After I review the first draft, I’ll send a single round of notes; please factor that minor revision into the workflow.
