I want to bring a brand-new social-networking experience to Android users. The scope is a dedicated Android application—no iOS or desktop port for now—built natively in Kotlin or Java through Android Studio. Core goals • Enable users to register, create a profile, and sign in securely (Google/Facebook/Email options are fine). • Provide a timeline or feed where people can post text, images, or short videos and interact through likes and comments. • Allow real-time or near real-time direct messaging between users. • Include fundamental moderation tools—report, block, and content filtering. I already have rough wireframes and a simple brand palette; you will help refine the UI/UX so it feels familiar yet fresh. Back-end choices are open: Firebase, Supabase, or a lightweight RESTful API you build yourself are all acceptable as long as they scale and are clearly documented. Deliverables 1. Production-ready APK plus signed AAB for Play Store upload. 2. Full, clean source code in a Git repository. 3. README covering environment setup, build steps, and key architectural decisions. 4. One revision cycle after I test the first release to iron out bugs or UX snags. Timeline is flexible but I’d like to see an initial clickable prototype within two weeks, followed by iterative builds. If you have a portfolio of previous social or community apps, that will help me gauge fit quickly.
