I need a full-stack developer (or small team) to build a responsive, web-based clinic management system aimed at everyday general healthcare clinics. The platform must make it effortless for front-desk staff and physicians to handle routine tasks—patient registration, appointment scheduling, doctor and staff directories, electronic medical records, and billing—all from a single browser window that works just as smoothly on phones and tablets as on desktop screens. For this first release I only require an Admin portal. Within that portal the administrator must be able to: • Manage all users, roles, and permissions • View actionable analytics and downloadable reports (patient flow, revenue, appointment load, etc.) • Control global system settings—clinic profile data, working hours, service codes, and other master data Clean UX, solid data validation, and HIPAA-minded security best practices are a must. I’m flexible on the tech stack; however, modern frameworks such as React or Vue for the front end and Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end would be ideal, with a relational database underneath.
