Project Overview I need a CAD designer to model a subsea neutralisation mixing chamber and multiport discharge diffuser system in Autodesk Fusion 360. The system is part of a Direct Ocean Capture (DOC) process that captures CO₂ from seawater. All materials, nozzle positions, and component specifications are provided below. You do not need to perform any engineering calculations — just model exactly what is specified. Deliverables Deliverable: Fusion 360 CAD Model (5 components + assembly) All components modelled as separate files, then assembled in one top-level assembly. Component 1: Neutralisation Mixing Chamber (V-401) Vessel shell: Horizontal cylindrical vessel with dished ends Material appearance: Brushed stainless steel Nozzles (8 total): Acid inlet nozzle Base inlet nozzle Outlet nozzle pH sensor nozzle + spare Recirculation return nozzle Drain nozzle Vent nozzle CIP nozzle Include flanges and reinforcing pads as specified Internal baffles (4): Circular baffles Alternating top- and bottom-mounted arrangement creating a serpentine flow path Saddle supports (2): Curved supports with baseplates Include PTFE wear pads Component 2: Discharge Pipeline (Line 401-C) Pipe with vertical drop and horizontal run Includes valves (simplified geometry): Manual gate valve Motorised ESD valve Check valve Additional isolation valve Flanged connections throughout Pipe supports at regular spacing Component 3: Multiport Diffuser Manifold Header pipe with inlet and end closure Multiple angled outlet ports Reinforcing pads at each branch Removable nozzle inserts with sealing and retaining mechanism Component 4: Seabed Base Frame Structural frame using square hollow sections Cross-members along the length Pipe support cradles Levelling feet Pad eyes Ballast pockets Anti-scour mattresses beneath Component 5: Monitoring Bracket Vertical mast Sensor mounting rail Cable routing provision Subsea junction box mounted to frame Assembly Instructions Base frame fixed at origin Diffuser mounted onto frame Pipeline connected to diffuser Mixing chamber connected upstream Monitoring bracket mounted Umbilical cable routed along system Required CAD Views / Renders Full isometric assembly Side elevation Mixing chamber close-up Cross-section showing internal baffles Diffuser port detail Nozzle exploded view Base frame detail Top plan view File Delivery Fusion 360 files (.f3d / .f3z) STEP file Rendered PNG images Material Appearances Stainless steel (chamber, pipeline, diffuser) Galvanised steel (frame) Dark grey (valves, sensors) Concrete (mattresses) White (PTFE pads) Black (umbilical cable) Important Notes CAD does NOT require manufacturing tolerances Do not deviate from provided specifications Valve internals not required Pipe supports can be simplified Export all views as separate files Ask if anything is unclear before modelling Skills Required Autodesk Fusion 360 (expert) Mechanical / piping design experience Attention to detail
