I already have a basic floor plan and a set of original elevations; however, those elevations no longer line up with the current floor-plan layout. I need fresh elevation drawings that accurately mirror the floor plan so I can lodge them with council. The aim is straightforward: elevations suitable “to submit to council.” That means they must satisfy our local basic building-standard requirements without slipping into unnecessary complexity. I’m looking for standard architectural detailing—clean line work, correct heights, window and door placement, roof pitches, and notes that align with council expectations. No photoreal textures or elaborate rendering is required. You’ll receive: • PDF (and DWG if you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) of the floor plan • The original, now-outdated elevation set for reference I’m expecting back: • Four updated exterior elevations (front, rear, two sides) in PDF for immediate submission • The editable source file (DWG, RVT, or equivalent) Please keep dimensions, levels, and any annotations clear enough for council assessors.
