I have finished, approved PSD files for a new customer portal on e-bozp.cz and need them turned into a working, static minisite. The scope is front-end only: HTML, CSS (or a pre-processor if you prefer), and vanilla JavaScript. All data can be hard-coded or mocked; there is no requirement for APIs, authentication, or any other back-end work. Key points to keep in mind • Device focus: the layout only has to look perfect on desktop screens. Tablet and mobile breakpoints are out of scope for this phase. • Interactivity: subtle hover effects from the PSDs should be implemented so the UI feels alive, but nothing heavier—no loaders, no scroll-triggered animations. • Pixel accuracy: please match the PSDs closely, including typography, spacing, and icon placement. • Clean, well-commented code: I’d like to be able to hand this off to an internal dev team later, so clear structure and naming are important. Deliverables 1. Fully coded static minisite reflecting every PSD screen. 2. Organized asset folder (images, fonts, icons). 3. Brief read-me explaining the file structure and any build steps if you use tooling like Sass or a bundler. Once I have the final ZIP or Git repo, I’ll review in Chrome and Firefox on a standard 1920×1080 monitor; acceptance is complete when everything renders identically to the designs and all hover states behave as expected.
