Here is what I need from you: • Craft a clean, mobile-first UI that loads quickly and looks consistent across browsers. • Redesign the navigation so shoppers can move from home page to product pages and into the cart without friction. • Simplify the checkout process to the fewest steps possible while keeping all required data capture. • Optimise images, scripts and server calls so page speed scores improve measurably. • Hand over final screen designs (Figma or Sketch) plus responsive HTML/CSS/JS components, ready for integration into our existing e-commerce platform (Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce—your recommendation is welcome).
