The brief is straightforward: translate my completed floor plans into realistic interior visualisations that capture an eclectic style throughout every room and level. What I’ll provide • PDF/DWG floor plans and elevations • A mood board outlining key eclectic references, materials, and colour ideas What I expect in return • Detailed, photo-real 3D renders covering the entire house (all floors, all rooms) • Camera angles that allow me to appreciate overall flow as well as close-ups of feature areas • Native project files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) so I can request edits later • Two rounds of revisions to fine-tune finishes and décor choices Acceptance criteria • Furniture, lighting, and décor must visibly reflect an eclectic mix—no single-style schemes • Spatial dimensions must match my plans exactly; wall positions, ceiling heights, and window sizes cannot drift • Final imagery delivered in high-resolution (minimum 4K) ready for print and digital use If you have a knack for marrying diverse textures and eras into cohesive interiors and can render them convincingly, I’d love to see your portfolio and estimated turnaround time.
