I need a clean, browser-based application that lets our loan managers stay on top of every customer’s repayment schedule. The core of the job is to build a web application that does three things seamlessly: • Triggers timely payment reminders (email, SMS or push—whichever you recommend and can integrate quickly). • Presents a clear loan-information dashboard where managers can search, filter and drill down into each borrower’s schedule, outstanding balance and payment history. • Offers an in-app customer-support chat so managers can reply to borrower questions without leaving the system. Primary users will be our loan managers, so the interface has to prioritise at-a-glance status indicators, bulk actions and concise borrower profiles. If you already have a favourite framework—whether that’s React, Vue, Angular or something server-rendered—let me know; I’m open as long as the final product is responsive and performs well on modern browsers. I’ll provide sample data, logo assets and our current colour palette. You’ll set up the database schema, notification logic and a simple admin login. On sign-off, I expect: 1.
