End-to-End Mobile Cricket Simulation

This project covers the entire life-cycle of a realistic, simulation-style cricket game built for mobile devices, featuring real-time multiplayer. I already have the broad concept and basic feature list; what’s needed now is a partner who can take it from pre-production planning all the way through post-launch patches and live-ops. During pre-production you will help refine core mechanics, stadium environments and player progression, producing a playable prototype and an art/tech bible that guides the rest of development. Production then moves into full asset creation, Unity or Unreal implementation, networking for smooth PvP play, and integration of analytics and IAP systems. Certification for both iOS and Android storefronts forms part of the release phase, followed by a minimum support window where balance updates, seasonal content drops and crash-fix hot-patches are expected. Key deliverables • Design documentation and milestone roadmap signed off before coding begins • Playable alpha with core simulation mechanics and multiplayer lobby • Beta build with final art, polished physics and server stability report • Gold master ready to submit to App Store / Google Play • Post-release support plan, including first two content updates Acceptance criteria will focus on frame-rate consistency on mid-range devices, latency targets under 120 ms for multiplayer, and crash-free sessions observed in our telemetry for at least 10,000 cumulative games. Console or PC expansion is a future possibility, so structuring the project with cross-platform assets in mind is appreciated, though the immediate scope remains mobile only. Unity, Unreal Engine, Photon Fusion, PlayFab, Firebase or equivalent solutions are all acceptable as long as they achieve the performance and stability goals above.
