I’m looking for an experienced ERP/CRM specialist to help turn around a bespoke system that’s currently not meeting our needs. This will ideally be done in stages, starting with the CRM module how we view, filter and review prospect and customer data using our current database. (Free off-the-shelf solutions are welcome if we can get our data migrated) We liked the idea of odoo, bespoke would be prefferred though We’ve had a custom system built, but due to the complexity of the requirements, it’s not functioning effectively, particularly on the CRM side. Basic tasks are difficult, and accessing key information is slow and inefficient. What we need: • An initial review of the current system (built from scratch) • Extraction and structuring of existing data • Clear, practical dashboards for better visibility and decision-making • Recommendations for improvements or alternative solutions Our preference is to improve and build on what we already have—if that’s the most cost-effective and scalable approach. However, we’re open to restructuring parts of the system if needed. We’re looking for someone who: • Has strong experience with ERP/CRM systems • Can design practical, scalable solutions (not over-engineered) • Builds with flexibility in mind—modular, interoperable, and easy to expand • Can move quickly and communicate clearly The goal is to create a system that actually works for us; reliable, efficient, and easy to build on over time.
