We are a liquor retail business based in Goa, looking to implement ERPNext with POS (Sunmi T2s device). We are hiring a hands-on freelancer with strong functional + technical expertise to work closely with us (remote + occasional on-site) and execute a complete ERPNext implementation. Scope of Work: • Understand current billing, inventory, and taxation workflows (including Goa liquor VAT/excise) • Setup ERPNext (Company, COA, Items, Warehouse, POS) • Configure GST + VAT/excise correctly for liquor sales • Setup POS (Sunmi device + ERPNext POS / TailPOS if required) • Import sample/test data • End-to-end testing (billing, returns, stock, reports) • Staff training for daily operations • Go-live support + stabilization Approach: Keep system simple at start Customization/automation AFTER go-live Duration: 30–45 days (phased) Location: Goa (remote + occasional on-site preferred) Experience Required: • 2+ years ERPNext implementation • 1–2 retail/POS projects completed Technical Skills: • Python (Frappe/ERPNext) • SQL / MariaDB • Basic JavaScript • API integrations Functional Skills: • Retail operations • Inventory & stock management • POS workflows • GST + VAT / excise (liquor experience preferred)
