I’m looking for a developer who can take my small residential estate agency online with a clean, fast-loading website that does three things really well: presents our brand and contact details clearly, lets visitors browse our residential property stock with an intuitive search, and reinforces trust through agent bios and customer testimonials. The property section needs a searchable catalogue where I can add, edit or archive listings myself. Each listing should accommodate photos, floor plans, EPCs and a Google-style map pin. When a visitor makes an enquiry, the lead has to drop straight into our existing CRM, and the same property data should syndicate out to the major sales portals we already use, so we avoid double entry. I also want a compact “Meet the Team” page that pulls profile information from the CMS and a rotating testimonials block on the home page. Basic SEO set-up, mobile responsiveness and an easy-to-use admin dashboard are essential so the team can manage content without calling a developer every time.
