Project Overview: I am launching a new service on my existing law firm website to sell downloadable, fillable PDF legal forms. I need an experienced WooCommerce developer to build and configure a WooCommerce store (or extend the existing WordPress site) so I can upload PDF forms and make them available for purchase and secure download immediately upon payment. The site must be professional, secure, easy to use, and reflect the brand and tone of a law firm. What you will do: Configure WooCommerce (already installed) on the existing WordPress site. Enable digital product functionality so PDF files can be sold, downloaded, and accessed by buyers immediately after purchase. Set up product pages for PDF “fillable forms,” including upload of the PDF file, product description, price, and basic categorization if needed. Configure payment processing using a preexisting Stripe account so purchases can be completed securely. Ensure secure storage and delivery of PDF files so only paying customers can download them (no public access). Design / style the product pages (and optionally the “storefront page”) so they match the existing law firm site design — clear, professional, and trust‑worthy. Implement basic customer account and download management (so buyers can log in and re-download purchased files if needed). Test the full purchase flow: add to cart → checkout → payment → download link → download PDF. Test on desktop and mobile. Provide documentation or a short “how-to” guide (or screencast) showing how to add new products (PDFs), set prices, and manage orders/downloads. (Optional but preferred) Add simple license or terms‑of-use acceptance step if needed — e.g. buyer must check a box confirming they will only use the forms for their personal/business use. What I will provide: The WordPress admin credentials (on a staging or live site) for plugin installation and configuration. The PDF files (fillable forms) themselves to upload. My preferred payment gateway credentials (or help with integrating them). Basic brand / styling guidelines (colors, logo, fonts) to match firm’s existing theme. Skills Required: Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (or WooCommerce + digital downloads). Experience selling digital products / downloads in WooCommerce (not just physical goods). Basic web design/CSS skills to make the product pages look professional. Understanding of secure digital file delivery / preventing unauthorized access. Familiarity with payment gateway setup (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). Good communication; able to explain how to add new products, and deliver them in a user-friendly way. Deliverables: Fully functional WooCommerce store integrated into my existing site, capable of selling and delivering fillable‑PDF forms. At least 5 product pages configured (for initial test PDF forms), with appropriate layout and styling. Documentation (written or video) explaining how to add more PDF products, manage sales, and handle downloads. Confirmation that testing was completed on multiple devices (desktop, tablet, phone) and that purchase → download flow works flawlessly.
