Hi there, We are looking to hire an experienced freelancer to help us manage the full technical setup and execution of an upcoming live webinar. Our COO will be presenting the webinar live, but we need someone who can guide us through all the technical and operational details to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally. Scope of Work Includes: - Setting up the webinar platform (Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, or similar) - Creating the registration page and registration link - Configuring automated confirmation + reminder emails - Managing attendee tracking and lead capture - Advising on best practices for webinar promotion and follow-up - Ensuring proper integration with our CRM/email marketing tools (if applicable) - Running a full tech rehearsal before the live event - Providing live technical support during the webinar (optional but preferred) What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience managing webinars end-to-end - Strong knowledge of webinar tech platforms and marketing workflows - Ability to provide clear step-by-step guidance and recommendations Looking forward to working with someone who can help us deliver a smooth, high-converting webinar experience.
