I need my Facebook Page inbox answered automatically, around the clock, by a chatbot that understands and replies based on the FAQs I already maintain. All of the knowledge you will use lives in plain text (.txt) files. You will ingest those files, build the intent/answer mapping, and deploy the finished bot to my Facebook Messenger account so every new question triggers the correct response without my intervention. I am open to the platform or stack—whether you prefer Dialogflow, ManyChat, a custom Python NLP script, or another Messenger-approved tool—as long as the result is reliable and easy for me to update when I add or modify a line in the FAQ text.
