I already have the classroom / training area for our new premium fashion academy fully built on paper—walls, windows and dimensions are locked. What I now need is a talented 3D interior artist who can take this fixed shell and turn it into a photoreal showcase that feels boutique, modern and unmistakably luxurious, while still supporting collaborative group work. Scope • Import my existing layout (DWG/PDF) without altering the architecture. • Propose a refined colour palette—think rich neutrals, muted metallics and subtle fashion-forward accents. • Layer in warm, sophisticated lighting that flatters fabric textures and skin tones. • Select furniture, display fixtures and décor that encourage teamwork yet look couture-level, then place them for natural circulation. • Produce three to five high-resolution, realistic renders from varied camera angles that clearly communicate mood, materials and spatial flow. • Include the native scene file (3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, Blender, or SketchUp + Enscape—use whichever pipeline you prefer) and up to two minor revision passes so we can fine-tune finishes if needed. Deliverables 1. 3–5 final renders (minimum 4 K). 2. Source scene file with organised layers / assets. 3. Material, lighting and furniture specification sheet (brand or generic references are fine).
