Mood board / material palette highlighting textures, finishes and key décor items that support the style above. 3. Feng shui rationale: why each zone, element and cure sits where it does, plus do-and-don’t notes for future tweaks. 4. Two workspace layouts, each with recommended desk orientation, lighting and backdrop treatment to keep focus high and video calls tidy. 5. Optional 3D renderings or SketchUp views—handy but not mandatory if you can communicate the concept clearly in annotated drawings. I’ll supply current measurements and photos as soon as we start. Deliver the final package in PDF (drawing file in DWG or SKP if you render). Clarity, practicality and a calm, uplifting vibe are the success markers for this project.
