I am developing a new call-center platform that must feel seamless across both a browser-based web app and a native-like mobile experience. What I need from you is a complete set of Figma files that cover every core workflow—login, real-time call handling, call recording playback, live chat, queue and agent status, an analytics dashboard, and the usual settings / user-management screens—while following one coherent design system. Practical details • Both form factors share the same brand, colours, icons and typography, so a single component library and style guide inside Figma is essential. • Desktop breakpoints should scale smoothly from 1366 px upward; mobile screens are based on a 390 × 844 frame. • I will provide the logo and a few reference screenshots; everything else is in your hands, from low-fidelity wireframes to the final high-fidelity prototype with clickable flows. • All interactive states (hover, active, disabled) for buttons, tables, chat bubbles and dial-pad controls have to be defined so my front-end team can reproduce them exactly. • Exportable assets must be organised and named logically for hand-off. Acceptance criteria 1. A shared Figma project containing: – Component library & style guide – Responsive web layouts for each screen – Mobile layouts for each screen – Interactive prototype links demonstrating end-to-end agent and supervisor journeys 2. All text styles, colour variables and icon sets clearly documented. 3. Final review session to walk my developers through the design tokens and auto-layout structure.
