I have a fully developed, pixel-perfect Figma design (over 200 pages) for a property-management platform, and I need the entire experience reproduced in WordPress using Elementor and Elementor Pro. The objective is to deliver a production-grade website that matches the Figma prototype precisely in layout, interaction, and user flow. While the Figma file spans 200+ pages, the majority of these are structured duplicates with minor variations, as they represent individual property listings built from the same design system. Scope of build The platform will include: • 200+ individual property profiles, all based on the same master layout but populated with different images, specifications, and 3D tours • A secure user account system supporting registration, login, and a private dashboard where owners and tenants can manage listings, submit updates, and communicate with our team in real time • Admin-controlled user profile management, allowing our team to assign and modify custom user types, loyalty points, invoice uploads, and account-level permissions from the back end • A fully mapped navigation and task flow so that every interaction and page transition mirrors the Figma prototype exactly In addition, the site will include animated and interactive pages, as well as a searchable knowledge-base system where users can ask questions and receive answers dynamically from a structured database. Performance & device requirements The site must feel instant on mobile, tablet, and desktop. This includes: • Core Web Vitals in the green • Lazy-loaded images and media • Optimised fonts and assets • CDN, caching, and image optimisation included as part of the build Target performance is 90+ on Google PageSpeed and Lighthouse, with smooth animation and no perceptible lag. Technical requirements • Page builder: Elementor + Elementor Pro only • Architecture: Custom post types for Properties (and possibly Users), with custom Elementor templates • 3D tours: Powered by Matterport, PanoPress, or a comparable WebGL-based solution that runs smoothly across all modern browsers Acceptance criteria The project will be considered complete when: 1. All Figma layouts and interactions are reproduced accurately 2. 3D tours load in under three seconds on a 4G connection 3. User registration, property management (CRUD), messaging, loyalty points, and invoice uploads all function end-to-end 4. The site meets WCAG AA accessibility basics (contrast and keyboard navigation) 5.
