My music site is 95 % built and already styled; what I still need is the engine that lets me sell individual tracks à la iTunes. The key piece is a drag-and-drop interface where I can drop audio files straight onto an album and instantly set their metadata—track title, artist name, genre, lyrics, price, year, album title, and any other tags stored in the database. Once a visitor chooses a song they should be able to listen to few secs sample and to pay per download through PayPal or Apple Pay, receive a unique, time-limited link, and see the purchase reflected in their account history. Everything must hook cleanly into the existing front-end, so no redesign work is required. Deliverables • Drag-and-drop track uploader connected to the current album table • Metadata form that writes/edits the fields listed above • Secure file storage and one-time download links • Pay-per-track checkout using PayPal and Apple Pay (sandbox + live) • Brief deployment notes so I can move the code between staging and production I’d like to work with someone who has shipped a comparable pay-per-download music platform before, so please include a working link or demo in your bid.
