Geometry tweaks, flow path optimisation or any other creative engineering approaches are welcome, provided they integrate cleanly with the current body and stay injection-mould friendly for silicone. • Material adjustments – the part’s feel needs tuning. I need guidance on altering hardness/flexibility and selecting a more suitable silicone grade that meets the revised shore requirements while maintaining food-grade safety. * Scale needs to be tweaked as per clients requests. You will update the 3D CAD, flag any mould-ability concerns, and supply revised STEP/DWG files plus a short change log highlighting the edits. Turn around required ASAP
