I have already tried the usual first step of disabling all other plugins, but the form still won’t fire, which points to either a theme conflict, JavaScript error, mis-configured Ajax endpoint, or something inside the form settings themselves. Here’s what I need: trace the root cause, apply a clean fix, and leave the form fully functional without breaking anything else.
