Errors appear randomly rather than during peak traffic or right after updates, which makes solid log analysis essential. Here’s how I see the workflow: 1. Enable and review all relevant Gravity Forms, WordPress, and server-level logs. 2. Replicate the issues in a staging environment, identify the exact triggers, and patch the code or settings causing them. 3. Validate successful entry delivery to the API and run multiple live and test-mode Stripe payments until no failures appear in the logs. 4. Provide a concise report summarising the fixes applied, files or hooks modified, and recommendations to keep the forms error-free. Acceptance criteria • Form submissions reach the API 100 % of the time under normal load. • Stripe transactions process without error and appear in both Stripe Dashboard and WP admin entries. • Log files stay clean after at least 24 hours of live testing.
