My e-commerce site already charges customers and routes the money into Stripe without trouble, but the moment I trigger a vendor payout nothing shows up in Stripe’s dashboard and no record is stored on our end. The stack is a straightforward front-end build (HTML, Java and CSS) with Stripe Connect handling the payment flow, so I need someone who knows the Connect API, transfer groups, balance transactions and webhooks inside out. Your job is to: • trace why the payout call is not reaching or being logged by Stripe • repair the flow so each vendor payout appears in Stripe and in our own database • hand back concise notes (or code comments) explaining the fix, so I can maintain it Once I can see payouts registering reliably—and only then—we’re done.
