I’m building a simple food-delivery service and need a complete mobile solution that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The focus is exclusively on restaurants and grocery stores, so every screen, flow and database call should be optimized for that single use-case. Core features I must see on launch: • Real-time tracking that shows customers exactly where their meal is, from restaurant pickup to doorstep • Secure in-app payments supporting major cards and Apple/Google Pay (it has to work with Argentina Mercado Pago) • A rating & review system for both dishes and drivers, feeding directly into the matching algorithm • Real-time Map and • Delivery person will get money from a commission for orders plus tips that customers can give him • Send notification to any delivery person who is a user of the app and they can accept or deny the request • Everything has to be in Spanish (optional) • Permission to have the whole source code I’m open to native stacks (Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin) or a robust cross-platform approach such as Flutter or React Native, as long as performance, push-notification reliability and App Store/Play Store compliance are met. Real-time location updates can run through Firebase, Socket.IO, or any proven alternative you’re comfortable with. Deliverables: 1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps, fully tested on current OS versions 2. Source code in a private Git repo, commit history tidy and documented 3. Simple backend or SaaS integration for order management, driver assignment and payments 4. Brief hand-off guide so my in-house team can maintain and extend the product If you’ve shipped a similar platform before, your insight into user onboarding, driver incentive loops and restaurant dashboards will be invaluable. Let me know which stack you’d pick and how you’ll meet the real-time requirements—I’m ready to move quickly once we lock in architecture and milestones.
