I need someone skilled in the use of Autodesk Revit and in architectural and structural design to provide me the full designs of a custom shed and be available for further modifications to said design. Rendering must also be provided at the end of the project. The shed should be designed using Australian standard columns, beams, purlins, etc. And be designed to all relevant Australian and Victorian Standards, any flashing, gutters, roller doors must use Australian providers, these providers must be provided. The outline of the shed is a 22m wide x 14m deep shed with 600mm overhand eves on each side. Images of example sheds are provided. It should have a steel frame using columns, beams and purlins. The designer Will have to complete the full architectural and structural design of the shed. The bottom of the shed is a unfinished Workshop area the Insulation for this part of the shed should just be whatever meets the criteria of the hiland tray. The roof and wall cladding of the furnished upper section should have additional installation that complies with Australian standards and offers the best insulation characteristics. The shed should have recessed gutters and disguised stormwater drains. The final Location of any columns, beams, purlins, timbers, stairs etc are up to the designer (pending final approval from me) and must comply with all relevant Australian and Victorian Standards.
