I am looking for a versatile Product Developer or Agency who can provide a "store-in-a-box" solution—handling everything from festive designs to product sourcing. I am not looking for a one-off task. I am looking for a Strategic Partner to help me build a diverse holiday product catalog that includes Print-on-Demand Christmas apparel, Digital Holiday Downloads, and Custom Physical Decorations. Scope of Work (The "Christmas Mix"): We will approach this in three phases (or you can pitch for the specific areas you specialize in): Phase 1: Graphic & Digital Design (Immediate Start) Print-on-Demand: Create [Number] unique, festive designs suitable for "Ugly Christmas Sweaters," holiday mugs, and ceramic ornaments. Digital Products: Design [Number] downloadable templates (e.g., Letters from Santa, Christmas Party Invitations, Gift Tags, New Year Planners) that are editable in Canva. Requirement: You must provide high-res files (300 DPI) and full commercial rights. Phase 2: Physical Product Development Concept to Creation: Take my concept for [Describe Item, e.g., personalized wooden stockings, laser-cut ornaments, or advent calendars] and create technical drawings or 3D models. Prototyping: Assist in sourcing materials or manufacturing a prototype to ensure quality before the holiday rush. Phase 3: Seasonal Partnership & Sourcing Supply Chain: Once the products are defined, I need a reliable partner to handle the supply or manufacturing to meet Q4 demand. Partnership Model: I am open to discussing a Revenue Share or Retainer model for the right partner who can ensure consistent product quality during the busy season.
