Project Description: Full WordPress website build for Arborman Tree Care including lead gen forms, HouseCall Pro API integration, 12 service area pages, schema markup, analytics dashboard, SEO optimization, and ongoing monthly maintenance. Arborman Tree Care Website Project: Request for Proposal (RFP) 1. Project Overview & Business Goals We are looking for a web development partner to design and build a high-performance, conversion-optimized WordPress website for Arborman Tree Care, based in Eagle and Boise, Idaho, and serving the greater Treasure Valley area. The core objective of this project is to create a digital flagship that: Maximizes organic traffic through advanced SEO. Converts visitors into leads through strategic CTAs and form captures. Establishes brand authority and trust in our market. Ranks at the top of Google organic search, Google Maps, and Apple Maps. Provides an exceptional, fast, and accessible user experience on all devices. 2. Technical Specifications Platform: WordPress (using a fast, stable theme framework or custom build, not slow pre-made page builders). Hosting Requirements: Developer must recommend or provide high-speed, secure managed WordPress hosting. Performance (Core Web Vitals): The site must pass Google’s Core Web Vitals assessments. Target load time: <2 seconds. Minimum PageSpeed Score of 90+ (mobile and desktop). Responsive Design: Fully optimized, mobile-first design. Accessibility: Site must adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. 3. Scope of Work A. Discovery, Strategy, & Content Conceptual Integration: Incorporate relevant visual themes and concepts from our previous website (user to provide content/assets). Competitor & Keyword Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of top local competitors. We want to identify and capture the keywords and topics driving their traffic. These keywords must be integrated naturally into our content structure. Content Creation/Optimization: Write and optimize all site content for both users and search engines. Content must be relevant to our target audience and build brand awareness. Ensure proper use of headers (H1, H2, H3), meta descriptions, and optimized image alt-text. Service Area Optimization: Explicitly optimize for all 12 service locations: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Melba, Idaho City, and Emmett. B. Information Architecture (Site Structure) The site must have an optimized structure for crawling and indexing, including a complete XML sitemap submitted to Google Search Console. Key pages include: Homepage (Optimization/Lead Gen Focus) Services (Main Page) – plus individual sub-pages optimized for each scope of service we offer: Page A: e.g., Tree Trimming & Pruning (Optimized) Page B: e.g., Tree Removal (Optimized) Page C: e.g., Stump Grinding (Optimized) ...and any others provided by Arborman. Advanced Functional Requirements Lead Generation Form & CRM Integration (CRITICAL): A prominent custom form on the Homepage/Service Pages. Required Fields: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Client’s Home Address, (and scope of work needed being the only field not mandatory for submission). CRM Integration: Implement an API connection to instantly push all submitted form data into HouseCall Pro as a new lead/job request. Strong Calls to Action (CTAs): Implement clear, brightly colored "Request a Free Estimate" and "Call Now" CTAs throughout the site, sticky on mobile. Google Reviews Integration: Implement a live, rotating testimonial widget showcasing actual Google Reviews. Social Media Accessibility: Integrate branded icons for all social media platforms that link directly to our profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). D. Media & AI Integration Branded Imagery: All visual assets, including photography of characters, equipment, or vehicles, must feature Arborman Tree Care branding and logos. If using stock photography, the branding must be convincingly composited. AI-Generated Video Integration: We want stylized, AI-assisted visual videos for each major scope of service (e.g., Tree Removal, Pruning). These videos must look professional, discuss the scope of service, and maintain perfect Arborman branding throughout with High Vis Green T-shirts. These must be hosted on high-performance platforms (e.g., Vimeo or YouTube) and embedded for speed. E. SEO Strategy: "Dominate the Maps" This website must posture itself as the market leader. Local SEO Focus: Optimize for proximity, relevance, and prominence. Schema Markup: Implement advanced structured data (JSON-LD) for LocalBusiness, TreeService, BlogPosting, and Reviews. Ensure location schema is defined for all service areas to boost rankings in Google Maps and Apple Maps. Link Building Strategy: Provide a post-launch strategy for acquiring backlinks from reputable, relevant local and industry sites to build site authority. F. Client Management & Monitoring Dashboard Upon completion, the site must be user-friendly for Arborman updates. Easy Content Updates: The client must have full dashboard access to insert pictures, edit text, and add blog posts via a simple interface. Drag-and-Drop Performance Monitoring: The standard WordPress dashboard must be customized to include integrated drag-and-drop charts and tables (e.g., using Google Site Kit or specialized analytics plugins) allowing Arborman to monitor: Site Traffic (Visits, Sources) Conversion Rate (Form Completions) Page Speed Metrics Local Keyword Rankings 4. Developer Requirements & Timeline Demonstrable experience in building fast, high-conversion commercial websites (specifically in home services).
