Our ERPNext installation is already live and growing; what it now needs is a steady stream of brand-new functionality built directly on the Frappe framework. I’m allocating a full-time, ongoing position—roughly 40 hours a week—for someone who can take functional specs, translate them into DocTypes, Python controllers, server-side scripts, and React/JS front-end components, then merge clean, tested code into our Git repository. The focus is exclusively on the development of new features. No firefighting or simple tweaks: every task starts with a user story and ends when the feature is merged, documented, and running in production. Expect to work with GitHub, bench, REST APIs, Webhooks, and typical ERPNext tools such as Custom Scripts and Server Scripts. Unit tests, meaningful commit messages, and clear in-app documentation are non-negotiable. Acceptance criteria for each feature: • Code passes the existing CI pipeline and new unit tests. • Functionality matches the approved spec and behaves consistently across desktop and mobile views. • No regression issues in core Accounting, HR, or Inventory flows. • Documentation is pushed to the built-in help system before the pull request is closed. If your schedule allows dedicated daily collaboration (UTC + 0 to +6 overlap preferred) and you’re comfortable owning the complete development cycle in ERPNext/Frappe, this role should be a perfect fit.
