I’m updating an 1898 Victorian and need a complete 3-D model—inside and out—that lets me visualize the current renovation, a new rear addition, and a potential future link from that addition to the detached garage. I will supply floor plans and a full set of exterior photos to get you started. The exterior should respect the classic Victorian character but i am modernizing the house, including adding casement windows (still dont know wether clear glass panes or french pane). Victorian style features that are staying are the distinctive roof-and-gable lines, plus the porches and railings exactly as drawn, but there should be a metal roof on the porsch. At the same time, the façade is being modernized with cement-fiber Hardie siding, and I want to try several muted color palettes (taupe, white, blue, green, cream). Nothing too bold; just enough to see what feels right. Indoors, I’m looking for realistic detail in the living areas, bedrooms, and all kitchens and bathrooms so I can test layout tweaks and finishes later. Lighting, millwork, and general room proportions need to read accurately; fixtures and décor can stay generic for now. If you typically work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a comparable platform, great—just be sure the native model and exportable FBX/OBJ files come back to me. Final deliverables I’ll need: • Editable 3-D model of the entire house and new addition • A separate option showing the hypothetical garage connection • Still renders (interior + exterior) at print quality, multiple angles • Five quick color-scheme variants on the siding No rush on cinematic fly-throughs, but if that’s something you do easily, let me know and we can add it as a milestone. Looking forward to seeing the house come to life in pixels so I can make better decisions on site.
