I’m building a mobile application that lets field executives—loaders, helpers, delivery riders and other gig workers—locate nearby jobs simply by entering their pincode. The same app will handle a ₹100 monthly subscription, display each company’s salary plus incentive structure, and refresh a personal dashboard so users see their earning potential day-to-day. I need the complete solution for both Android and iOS. Core modules include: • Pincode-based job search that pulls openings from our partner companies in real time • In-app subscription flow (₹100/month) with secure payments and automatic renewal handling • Salary & incentive dashboard that visualises confirmed shifts, projected payouts and daily totals AI will sit at the centre of the experience, providing: • Smart job-matching recommendations that rank openings by distance, pay and past user behaviour • Earning-potential predictions that update as a user accepts or declines shifts • Conversational support so workers can ask questions or troubleshoot inside the app A lightweight admin panel or API hooks are required so our backend team can onboard new employers, publish roles, adjust incentive slabs and push data to the user dashboards without developer intervention. I expect clean, well-documented code (Flutter, React Native, or native stacks are all acceptable), deployment to the app stores, and a brief hand-off session so my internal team can manage releases going forward.
