I already have a fully–functional Android bookkeeping app that handles expense tracking, income management, invoice generation, sales and revenue reports and even switches between multiple languages. Before I push it to a worldwide release I need a deep, end-to-end review that goes beyond a quick bug sweep. Here’s what I expect: • Code & Architecture Audit – comb through the existing Android codebase (Android Studio / Kotlin or Java) for scalability, maintainability and test coverage, then flag problem areas and suggest concrete refactors. • UX / UI Critique – benchmark the current screens and flows against top finance apps, highlight friction points and produce wire-level mock-ups or annotated screenshots that show exactly what to adjust for an international audience. • Performance & Security Testing – profile startup time, memory, network calls, and identify security gaps (data storage, encryption at rest, secure auth). Recommend fixes that meet Google Play policies and common compliance standards. • Internationalisation Readiness – verify that the existing multi-language layer handles RTL scripts, number/date formats, tax/VAT variations and currency conversions gracefully. • Competitive Feature Gap Analysis – compare current feature set to market leaders and outline high-impact additions that will make the launch stand out. • Actionable Roadmap – wrap everything in a clear, prioritised plan that includes effort estimates, quick-wins, and longer-term enhancements. Deliverables 1. A written review document (PDF or Google Doc) covering the points above, with screenshots, code snippets and priority tags. 2. A presentation-ready summary (deck or concise report) suitable for investors and marketing partners. 3. Optionally, a pull-request or branch with sample refactors or proofs-of-concept for critical fixes (nice to have, but call out effort needed). Acceptance Criteria • Every major module is assessed and backed by reproducible evidence (logs, profiler output, screenshots). • Recommendations are specific, technically feasible and linked to identified issues. • The roadmap is organised by impact and complexity so I can schedule releases confidently. Source code access will be provided via a private Git repo as soon as we agree on terms. If you love digging into finance apps and know the Android stack inside-out, your expertise will directly shape a smooth global launch.
