I need a full 3D walkthrough of a new modular-home design, rendered at a high level of realism. Every room should feel lived-in, with furniture, textures, lighting, and décor that match real-world materials rather than generic placeholders. This will be used to show the client how the entire house, inside and outside, looks. Also, it needs to break down each construction, so we can take this to build a modular home. It will be a 2 model Style home, one floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room, Dining room, Patio, washroom, storage room, and kitchen. The animation starts outside, shows the surrounding landscape and parking pad, then guides viewers through the living areas, bedrooms, and baths before finishing with an overhead look at the complete floor plan. After the tour, I also want a short segment that pauses on each wall and roof panel with measurements so clients can see how the modules break down and come together on-site. It needs to be broken down into each image of measurement width X Length X depth. Please deliver: • One uninterrupted walkthrough video MP4 (4K or higher, 2 min). • Still images of the finished floor plan and the individual panels, sized for print and web use. • Source files so I can request tweaks later if needed (native 3D package plus exported FBX/OBJ). • Need measurement on each material, like the size of the door, panel, flooring, roofing, and the entire floor plan Your preferred toolset can be 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray, or anything comparable as long as the final visuals hit a photoreal standard.
