I have an existing floor plan that I need professionally redrawn for a real-estate listing. The finished drawing must be presentation-ready, showing every room with accurate measurements, materials called out, and the overall layout rendered cleanly enough for both print and web marketing. I will supply: • A scan of the current floor plan • My brokerage’s brand guidelines and graphic standards (logo clear-space, font, color palette, line-weight conventions, etc.) • Any supplementary notes on finishes or materials that have to appear on the drawing What I need back: • A crisp, scale-accurate floor plan that matches my provided standards • All rooms clearly labelled, with dimensions annotated in feet and inches (metric alongside is welcome) • Material tags or hatching for flooring, walls, cabinetry and other key surfaces • Exported PDF for brochures, a high-resolution JPEG/PNG for online use, and the original editable file (DWG, AI, or equivalent) Please use whichever CAD or vector tool suits you best—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Layout, Illustrator, or similar—as long as the final files meet the specs above. I’ll review the first draft within 24 hours of receipt, send any red-line comments, and expect the final version within two days after that.
