I already have complete architectural drawings for a pair of single-family houses and now need them brought to life with photorealistic 3D visualisation. The scope covers both exterior and interior views. The exterior must stay true to the traditional character shown in the plans, right down to materials and rooflines, while the interior should feel contemporary—clean lines, modern furniture, and up-to-date finishes. Every room needs to look fully staged, so please include realistic lighting, textures, décor, and small objects that make the spaces feel lived-in. Deliverables I’d like to receive: • 4K still renders: several exterior angles (day and dusk) plus key interior spaces such as living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. • Native 3D model with organised layers and textures (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or compatible FBX/OBJ). • Two rounds of revisions to fine-tune materials, colours, and furnishings after the first draft. All source references, plans, and elevations will be provided on award. The project is ready to start as soon as I find the right artist, and I’d like first drafts within a week if possible.
