We are currently developing a Community Center project, and the core 3D architectural model is already completed. We are now looking to hire a high-level 3D designer / architectural specialized in SketchUp visualizer to lead the design and refinement of a new outdoor Spa area located within a forested environment that integrates seamlessly with the existing development. Project Scope The main objective of this contract is to develop, refine, and elevate the design of the Outdoor Spa that will be located in the woods adjacent to the Community Center. We already have: -A complete Community Center 3D model -A base SketchUp model for the Spa area We require a professional who can: -Modify and improve the existing SketchUp model -Apply high-level architectural detailing -Ensure the final result matches very specific design expectations -Propose design improvements and creative suggestions to elevate the overall concept This is not a modeling-from-scratch task. This is a design refinement, enhancement, and visualization role. Additional to that we want to create a video going through the whole community center, the video has to go through doors and show every space of the community center
