Job Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with deep knowledge of the Houzez Real Estate Theme, Elementor, and WooCommerce to customize our listing package system. Current Setup: • Theme: Houzez (latest version) • Page Builder: Elementor • Payments: WooCommerce & Stripe already integrated The Project: We need to split our pricing strategy into two separate "worlds" to target different user groups: 1. Public Pricing Page: A standard page showing 3 packages for Private Sellers. 2. Hidden/Private Pricing Page: A separate page for Professional Brokers. These packages must be hidden from the public shop/catalog and only accessible via a direct link. Technical Requirements: • Direct Checkout: Pricing table buttons must link directly to the WooCommerce checkout page. • One-Time Payments: No recurring subscriptions. All packages should be one-time payments that expire automatically after the set duration. • Coupon Logic: Configure 100% discount coupons for the launch phase (e.g., a 12-month "Founder" package and a 3-month "Private" package). • Stability & Safety: We are very cautious with updates. You must ensure that the solution is stable and does not conflict with existing theme functions. Requirements for Freelancers: • STRICT REQUIREMENT: You must have deep, hands-on experience with the Houzez Theme. You must provide links to at least 2-3 live websites you have built or customized using Houzez. If you do not provide specific Houzez references, your application will be ignored immediately. • Strong WooCommerce customization skills. • Ability to work with Elementor without breaking site layouts.
