I need an experienced administrative professional who lives and breathes human-resources management, with a clear focus on recruitment and selection. You will own the process end to end: crafting or refining job profiles, posting on the right channels, screening CVs, running first-round interviews, and presenting me with a short-list of A-level talent ready for final interviews. Along the way, clear documentation and frequent status updates are essential so I can track progress and make decisions fast.
